Against Orthodoxies – Working with Hayden White

Share

On November 1-2, 2019, scholars from across the world gathered to celebrate the work and legacy of Hayden White. The event was conceived as an invitation to extend Hayden White’s thinking in new directions. Inspired by his rigorous, daring, iconoclastic spirit, this was a time for experiment and dialogue. Confirmed participants were innovative scholars from a wide variety of disciplines. The Humanities Institute at UC Santa Cruz was delighted to support and sponsor this important conference.

Scott Rappaport wrote about the Hayden White Conference for UC Santa Cruz.
