She is the author or co-author of five books on Shakespeare\, including Shakespeare Dwelling: Designs for the Theater of Life (2018). Her scholarship has been funded by grants from the Guggenheim Foundation and the American Council of Learned Societies. An award-winning teacher\, Julia frequently leads seminars and reading groups for the community. \n  \nSean Keilen is Professor of Literature at UC Santa Cruz and the Founding Director of Shakespeare Workshop there. He studies Shakespeare’s engagements with pagan and Christian authors\, as well as the history and theory of literary criticism. His research has been supported by grants from the Guggenheim Foundation\, the National Humanities Center\, and the Folger Shakespeare Library. An award-winning teacher\, he is dedicated to community education\, a long-standing partnership with Santa Cruz Shakespeare\, and the exploration of literature as a resource for life.
