Issa Quincy is a British writer. He spent spent several years working as a film archivist. His poetry has appeared in The London Magazine and been anthologized by New Rivers Press. His fiction has appeared in Transition Magazine and The Kenyon Review. Quincy’s debut novel, Absence, is a haunting atmospheric exploration of memory, connection, and the lingering traces of the past. He is currently based in New York City.
About the Living Writers Series
The Living Writers Series (LWS) is a live reading series organized especially for the Creative Writing Program community at UCSC. There is a new series each quarter, and each series features writers with unique voices. The LWS is open to all creative writing students and the public.
