Centers

The Humanities Institute is an administrative home to a variety of research centers, which are established and sustaining initiatives with a collaborative and public mission. They bring together faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate students around issues of public significance and connect academic research and ideas with a broader public. These centers are funded by a variety of endowments and external grants. See our current and past centers below.
The Humanities Division houses the Center for Public Philosophy, Center for World History, The Dickens Project, and the Linguistics Research Center.
