Summer research fellowships in the amount of $2,500 are to be used for research and research-related travel during Summer 2012.
Applicants are current graduate students in good standing in one of the graduate programs in the Humanities Division.
Application consists of a brief (one to two pages) description of the proposed research and a simple budget; an even briefer letter of support from the faculty advisor is sent to the IHR separately.
These statements should address why the research is important, and how it will contribute to the student’s progress toward the degree.
