On Sunday, March 5, Lisa Rowland (a member of Improv Playhouse) will conduct an Acting Improvisation Workshop, focussing on Shakespeare, from 12:30 until 6:30 pm. Space is limited to 20 UCSC students, for whom the workshop is free. Email Bob Giges otom@ucsc.edu for registration/information. Lisa describes the program in this way “This workshop is a journey into the language and spirit of improvised Shakespeare. The beauty and poetry of the language will be explored, while at the same time we will emphasize simplicity and above all communication.”
