Deep Read Partner Event: Confronting Climate Change
April 13 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm | Zoom
The Deep Read is partnering with Confronting Climate Change, an annual public lecture series that brings together scientists, artists, policy experts, and community members to discuss our planet’s wellbeing and share solutions for our future.
This online event will spark conversation and thought on how research in the natural and social sciences can lead to climate change solutions and preserve the overall environmental health and wellbeing of our planet.
We invite members of the community and general public to engage and participate in the Zoom-based event on Thursday, April 13, at 6 p.m.
Presenters will discuss the social and economic transformations that will be required in order to address the health impacts of climate change, and together we will think about how climate change might inspire us to work towards a more livable future.
